Services Provided
Vanity Van Lines provides long-distance, cross-country, interstate, and nationwide moving services, including moves to and from Alaska and Hawaii. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in your written estimate or service agreement.
Estimates & Pricing
All quotes provided are based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on actual weight, volume, distance, access conditions, additional services requested, or changes made after booking.
Vanity Van Lines strives to maintain transparent pricing; however, additional charges may apply for services not included in the original estimate.
Booking & Payments
A confirmed booking requires acceptance of the estimate and, where applicable, a deposit. Full or remaining payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Accepted payment methods and payment timelines will be communicated during the booking process.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information regarding the move
Decluttering and preparing items for transport unless packing services are included
Ensuring access to pickup and delivery locations
Notifying Vanity Van Lines of any changes to the move details in advance
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
Packing & Prohibited Items
Customers must not include hazardous, illegal, or restricted items in their shipment. Vanity Van Lines reserves the right to refuse transport of prohibited items.
A list of prohibited items will be provided upon request or during booking.
Delays & Force Majeure
Vanity Van Lines is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, mechanical issues, port delays, or acts of God.
Liability & Claims
Liability for loss or damage is governed by the terms outlined in your service agreement and applicable laws. Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within the specified timeframe provided in your agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in your service agreement. Fees may apply depending on the notice period and services already rendered.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Vanity Van Lines and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Privacy

Please note that a properly licensed interstate broker, such as Vanity Van Lines, is not a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by an FMCSA authorized motor carrier, whose charges will be determined by it’s published tariff.
